As we welcome the Spring Equinox—a time of balance, new beginnings, and expansion—this workshop will support you in:

- Gaining clarity on your desires through guided journaling
- Activating your energy with breathwork to align mind, body, and spirit

Alison will lead the group through a mindfulness practice blending meditation, visualization, somatic experiencing, and journaling to help you connect deeply with who you are now—allowing you to open up to receiving guidance and clarity on how to move forward this spring season.
Meghan will be leading the group in the two-part breath. This profound pranayama technique is an active meditation that encourages stuck energy to move and flow throughout your physical, mental, and emotional body. This is your opportunity to somatically release and deeply cleanse yourself of the energetic “gunk” that is old, not yours, and that no longer serves you.
