Entheobreath + Kava Ceremony w Rachelle Campbelle $65

We'll gather together around the Tanoa bowl and share in a traditional kava ceremony. You'll learn about all of the incredible aspects of kava and what it can do for you and your life. We'll honor how it's been shared for thousands of years and the beautiful culture from which it comes. In this experience you will connect deeper with who you are and with your community. This ceremony also allows us to ground into the space, set intentions and open our hearts to fully receive and engage in the Entheobreath experience. You will be guided by Rachelle and the curated music into a theta state through conscious connected breath. Rachelle will be offering hands on healing through body mapping and offering seeds of affirmations into the subconscious. You will also explore toning and compressions to offer depth to the journey and allow stored trauma and stuck emotions to release. This breathwork can leave you with a deep sense of freedom, bliss and connection that carries with you into the coming days and weeks.

What is Entheobreath?

Entheobreath serves as a potent resource for enhancing physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual well-being. This distinctive form of breathwork facilitates the positive transformation of ingrained patterns by providing access to and integration of emotional and physical trauma stored within the body.

Physically, engaging in full, connected diaphragmatic breathing has been proven to reduce blood pressure, enhance heart health, alleviate stress and anxiety, fortify the immune system, and elevate energy levels. Additionally, it contributes to improved sleep quality, heightened cognitive function, and the cultivation of feelings of joy and happiness.

On a spiritual plane, embracing full, conscious, connected diaphragmatic breathing can establish a profound connection with our higher selves and unlock expanded awareness. This practice serves as a formidable tool for self-healing and fostering personal transformation.

About Kava:

Kava is an extremely versatile plant that can be used in a variety of different ways and situations. Whether taking medicinally to focus, relax, ease pain, or ceremonially to create a deep connection to self and those partaking, or to find ease and balance in social situations.

Kava creates a mild euphoric effect as it increases GABA in the brain to soothe symptoms of stress and anxiety just like prescription anti-anxiety meds but without the undesired side effects. Kava has no "come down" or withdrawal and no lethargy. It just provides clear and grounded awareness!

Kava is also a nootropic, boosting brain function, clarity, creativity and memory. As an extremely effective adaptogen it increases the body's ability to resist damaging effects of stress and restore normal physiological function. On top of these beautiful aspects, kava reduces inflammation not only in the body to assist with pain, but in the brain which can be the source of PTSD, depression, addiction, anxiety, and even some cancers. Kavalactones bind to the CB1 receptors, stimulating the endo cannabinoid system, maintaining physiological, emotional, and cognitive stability.

What To Bring:

  • A journal and a pen or pencil

  • A scared object you'd like place in the middle of the circle

  • An open heart and mind :)
